In a debate (preferably an actual Lincoln-Douglas style debate and not that rehearsed crap that passes for a debate where responses to prepared questions are memorized and no follow ups or cross examination is allowed but that still ought to work pretty well if it’s Paul/Obama) I don’t think compromise would really come into the situation. But yes, in a Paul v. Obama debate we really ought to see the word-shit hit the idea-fan in the most glorious pundit-mess possible.
